Glencairn Avenue Modern Build

Welcome to this stunning Lytton Park renovation. The main floor boasts a stunning modern kitchen with integrated dining table. Bellevue glass cabinetry with metal framed cabinets and inner duplex LED lighting. The Italian wood finish (Rovere Grigio Londra)beautifully pairs well with the wide plank white oak floors. Mudroom/front closet walk-in also continues the flow of colours and perfectly frames the window with a drawer banquette and tall shoe column storage. In the basement, our Italian cabinetry was used for their Sauna storage and gym bathroom. All flat panel Grigio Emme finish and champagne gold grooves and kick plates. Upstairs all bathrooms were outfitted with custom vanities fit to spec in multiple high-end Italian textured and flat melamine’s. The office included a built-in peninsula desk with complimentary black metal legs that were customized to match the Bellevue glass cabinetry. Primary walk-in closet with ample pullout drawers, shoe shelves and makeup vanity console. Opposite the primary walk-in closet was the primary media room which added more closet space and storage cabinetry in our very moody (Rovere Lava – black wood melamine) This project’s millwork was all designed and imported with our custom Italian cabinetry.
