The Fenix Bianco and Nero Ingo finishes used in the kitchen offer a crisp contemporary feel. Integrated appliances offer a balanced design, with ample storage for a seamless yet extremely functional design. The tucked-away butler’s pantry is an increasingly popular modern option to hide the countertop appliances and prep areas. The butler’s pantry off the kitchen was designed with the use of  Fenix Bianco white cabinetry for a lighter and brighter space. The laundry room is also outfitted in the fenix bianco colour which allows the space to accentuate the brightness of the natural light through the expansive window backsplash. All columns as a standard through Muti come with large soft-close pullout drawers which are ideal for maximizing storage and function. The primary bathroom was designed with ‘his and her’ Veneto Bath vanities which offer personal yet supreme storage. Our prefabricated J series line of vanities was used in all bathrooms which offers continuity and reflects the clean and sophisticated design translated using our Italian millwork in the rest of the home. This sophistication is extended into the office where Fenix Nero Ingo is combined with a sleek minimal desk in Noce Monza Italian wood veneer. Muti’s Italian millwork compliments the serenity of the exterior of this beautifully modern designed Mono new build.
