Shudell Avenue Modern Custom New Build

This is a custom home designed and built by JMZ Developments located in Toronto’s Danforth neighbourhood. Italian collection millwork showcasing some of Europe’s newest textured melamines and finishes. The kitchen perfectly centred to the main floor becomes the central hub of the home. Black metal open shelves, groove handles and kick plates were added to enhance the space with a modern detail. Kitchen cabinetry is finished in Limha Matte (titan white) and Sincro Wood (noce naturale). The wood surrounded art niche with puck lights is a great way to fill the space and highlight beautiful pieces of art. The suspended fireplace cabinetry detail flows with the open concept of the main floor and is grounded by the concrete surround. All the bathrooms in this home feature products from Muti’s ‘Veneto Bath‘ line. Powder room outfitted with our M-series and black cement pendant lights. The main bathroom vanity is our H-series (walnut) and the master bathroom features our J-series (matte white) vanities. Master and main bathroom plumbing is our square Veneto Bath series in chrome. Kitchen and powder room plumbing fixtures are finished in our signature Veneto Matte Black.
