Vernon Road Modern New Build

This gorgeous modern project was designed & built custom by Seventynine Construction. It features top to bottom Muti products. Inspiring custom Italian millwork spread throughout the homes 3 levels. Prefabricated Veneto Bath vanities, mirrors, bathtubs & accessories were used throughout all the bathrooms. Black was a huge impact and design detail in correspondence with the European modern matte trends. Expansive kitchen with large island flows into the servery and is flanked by our extra functional pocket door appliance garage (great for hiding away small items and additional prep space). Sincro Wood San Gallo and black grooves were must-haves with integrating LED lighting to enhance each space like jewellery. The client also sourced all the Blanco kitchen fixtures, Duravit toilets & Rubi bathrooms fixtures from Muti. This collaborating turned out better than expected and it is always fun to work with creative and talented designers/builders such as Seventynine Construction.
